I'm not technical at all. Will I keep up?
Yes — this is exactly who the workshop is built for. We assume you've only ever used AI like a search engine. Everything is taught step-by-step on your own laptop, and a facilitator is right there to help.
Do I need to pay for any AI tools?
You'll get the most from a paid Claude plan (roughly US$20/month) to use Connectors, Skills and scheduled agents. We'll walk you through setup, and there's plenty you can do on free tools too. No other software purchase is required.
What do I need to bring?
A laptop (not just a phone), your charger, and a few real examples from your business — a spreadsheet, some invoices, or your typical customer messages. We'll build with your actual work.
What's the difference between in-person and online?
Content is identical. In-person (Nairobi) adds in-room facilitation, 1-on-1 help, meals, networking and a free re-sit. Online lets you join live from anywhere in East Africa with full participation.
Can you train my whole team privately?
